Social media has a bad rep. It's addictive, the doom scroll wastes hours of your day, the fake news and negativity can be deafening, and the algorithm makes us run in circles - so why did I think it would be a good idea to build a business relying on it?

It's vital to keep your brand on track and get clear on the core elements that underpin what you do as this will inform how you choose to communicate your products or services, through words and, most important to me, visuals and images!

Have you ever felt like everything you have done has been leading up to this moment?

For so long, I floundered through my “career”, trying out different roles that were all the same, but different.

Slowly but surely, I realised that I couldn’t be everything to everyone all the time.

Fear doesn’t have to be a stop sign. Instead it can be the beginning of a conversation with yourself about whether now is the time to push that boundary…

Once I was able to start letting go of my old life and my old self, I started to make some real progress.
